■ Lovely hotel, situated within 2 minutes of The Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain & shopping. I will definitely choose to stay here for all my future Rome visits. ▪︎ Rooms are European-size, but well designed. My window looks out on the cute little street running in front of the hotel. Not much traffic, so no noise. ▪︎ I also viewed a Junior Suite (my friends took my advice & booked two for their October visit). It is spacious and well designed. ▪︎ Bathroom has a bathtub! 🎉 (I'm just off a 16-day Oceania Vista cruise. It was great, but i missed having a bathtub) ▪︎ Bed is a bit firm for my taste, but not uncomfortable at all. ▪︎ TV has Netflix (movies for the English speaking guests) ▪︎ There's a safe in the closet, located conveniently half-way vertically. ▪︎ A mini refrigerator & electric tea kettle are in the room. Perfect for the late night or early morning cuppa tea (or coffee) ▪︎There's a cozy breakfast area / bar. Exceptional staff in evenings & for breakfast in the mornings. Friendly and accommodating . ▪︎ Front Desk clerk, Davide, was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. ▪︎ Transport. Exceptional partnership with limo service, Autonoleggio di Romagnoli F. Fabrizio was amazing. Picked me up from cruise port in Civitavecchia & drove me to this charming Hotel Manfredi. So helpful. I also contracted for him to take me to train for my departure to Florence 3 days later. He even helped me get my bags onto the train. And made sure I was situated in my seat. I have recommended him to my friends, colleagues & relatives for future travel. ■ Suffice to say, I'm very pleased with this lovely boutique Hotel Manfredi. I have already recommended it to my friends, colleagues & family for all our future travels. Deserves a 10 star rating!!

This hotel is located on a lovely little alleyway with stone facades and a lot of greenery. So peaceful yet so close to the Spanish steps. There was one rude man at reception - but everyone else we encountered were lovely and helpful! Delila was so sweet and answered our million questions. We booked a deluxe triple room but were given room 101 which was a double with a rollaway bed. When I asked at reception I was told it was a triple room and I should’ve booked directly with the hotel and asked for room 106 lol. Next time! It wasn’t a big issue b/c we only stayed 2 nights but any longer would have been too cramped. The bathroom was funky- up a little stairway. Very unique. Breakfast was an adequate variety…

Location cannot be beaten. Fabulous. Aircon was working 100% during a heatwave… was truly excellent. Wifi was super super fast when we arrived but deteriorated as heatwave went on. Was fantastic day 1 but by day 4 at 38 degrees, could not be relied on. We liked breakfast. Others might not. It was simple and perfect for us. We had veen in Iraly 3 weeks before we got here so had seen it all. There was good coffee, good pastries , kids rated the cakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit, boiled eggs amongst other things. Simple but pretty good.

The hotel was in a goof location near the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants. The room we stayed in was very small but the bed was decent in comfort. The breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. Not quite as many selections as some hotels I have stayed at but overall not bad. The coffee selection was good and made for you as you enjoyed your breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located on a quiet street right in the heart of Rome within walking distance of the Spanish steps. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. Staff were very helpful, especially David who assisted me with making dinner reservations during my stay. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7 in the morning with a good selection.
